By using CleanlyRun.com (“Service”), you are agreeing to use the Service at your own risk and to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).   If you do not agree to these Terms - or to our Privacy Policy - do not access the CleanlyRun Website or Service.

  1. You cannot use CleanlyRun Janitorial Bidware if your company operates within a 75 mile radius of Tampa Florida (to avoid any potential conflict of interest with a co-founder's other janitorial businesses).
  2. For legal/tax/security purposes, CleanlyRun Janitorial Bidware restricts accounts/access to companies/users within the United States (including U.S. territories) and Canada.
  3. You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.
  4. You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
  5. You must provide your legal name, your company name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.   Fictitious accounts are not permitted.
  6. You are responsible for maintaining the security and contact information for your account and password. " CleanlyRun cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
  7. You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
  8. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

  1. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  2. Only one free 30 day trial period per company.  Note: Duplicate trial accounts will be disabled.  In addition, repeated attempts to create multiple trials will cause the system to block and ban a company from using any CleanlyRun Service in the future.

  4. You may not share access to your account with another company.  Accounts that share access will be permanently canceled and all companies involved will be banned from using any CleanlyRun Service in the future.
  5. Refusal to create or reactivate an account: We reserve the right, at our discretion, not to accept a registration application to create a Service account or to disallow a canceled account to be reactivated.  This may be due to - but not limited to - technical constraints, payment issues, refund/chargeback history, multiple free trials created/attempted, because you or your business has been banned by us from using the Service or for any other reason.
  6. Technical support is only available via email.   Support hours are posted on our Support page.
  7. You understand that CleanlyRun uses various third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary payment processing, hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.
  8. You must not modify, adapt or hack the Service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service, CleanlyRun, or any other CleanlyRun service.
  9. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by CleanlyRun.
  10. We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and Accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
  11. Verbal, physical, written, social media or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any CleanlyRun customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.
  12. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your Content, may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
  13. You must not upload, post, host, or transmit unsolicited email or “spam” messages.
  14. You must not transmit any computer viruses or worms or any code of a destructive nature.
  15. CleanlyRun does not warrant that (i) the service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the Service will be corrected.
  16. You expressly understand and agree that CleanlyRun shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if CleanlyRun has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) or any other matter relating to the service.
  17. The failure of CleanlyRun to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and CleanlyRun and govern your use of the Service, superceding any prior agreements between you and CleanlyRun (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

  1. A valid credit card is required for paying accounts. CleanlyRun accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club cards.
  2. If you have a question about charges made to your account, please Contact Us immediately. If the charges were made in error by our billing system, we will promptly credit your account or credit card account for the appropriate amount.
  3. CleanlyRun is a month-to-month (i.e. billed every 30 days), pay-as-you-go service so we don't provide refunds.  Keep in mind, you can self-cancel the service at any time - (as noted on every e-mailed receipt) - and you won't be charged again.  There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service or refunds for months unused with an open account.  However, if you cancel and still have any time left in your billing cycle, then you can continue to use the system until your account is deactivated on (what would have been) your next scheduled bill date.
  4. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, excluding only United States (federal or state) taxes.

  1. You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation.  Within the application, you can self-cancel at any time by logging into your account and canceling via the Member Subscription screen.  The Member Subscription page provides a straight forward (red) cancellation button that invokes the cancellation pop-up box when clicked.   (For more details about the cancellation action, see the "How do I cancel my membership" section of the Frequently Asked Questions page.)
  2. If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your account will be immediately marked for cancellation (per the Member Subscription page) and you will not be charged again but your account will remain active until the end of your billing period. In other words, your cancel-pending account will stay open until (what would have been) your next scheduled billing date (at which time it will be deactivated).
  3. CleanlyRun, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend, ban or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other CleanlyRun service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all Content in your Account.
  4. Accounts that have been inactive for at least eleven months are subject to cancellation.

  1. CleanlyRun reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
  2. Prices of all Services, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees to the Service, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the CleanlyRun site (CleanlyRun.com) or the Service itself.
  3. CleanlyRun shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

  1. All content posted on the Service must comply with U.S. copyright law.
  2. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours.
  3. CleanlyRun does not pre-screen Content, but CleanlyRun and its designee have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that is available via the Service.
